After 4 years of serving the NPCC, they will be going through a special parade call Passing Out Parade (P.O.P). It ends the journey for the current batch of Cadet Leaders (CLs) and the upcoming batch of CLs will be taking over their role. Upon graduating from school, they can still come back and serve the corps as a Cadet Inspector (CI).
