Good after noon sir, sorry for bothering you but this is Friday’s reflection.

Good afternoon sir/ma'am, I feel that Friday training was fun as it was a unique training session compare to others we get to understand our squad mates better and conquer our fear of heights when climbing with the support of the other squad mates. This training also helped me to learn more about teamwork as teamwork is need to motivate or to support our squad mates when our friends are scared to climb the wall. Communication is also the key as when we are stuck halfway up the wall, we need to rely on our squad mates to guide us to the top. Overall, I feel that Friday’s training is a unique training.

Good evening ma'am, I want to say that today training was fun. As we get to try something that are rare and get new experience to learn new things. Example teamwork, when your squad mate and friend is climbing a lot of the others were cheering for them and I feel the climber will actually feel very energised no matter how tired they are as it give them a sense of motivation. It was really a nice experience of rock climbing with my squad mate cheering each other on and supporting for one another. Also another important thing learnt was communication from the climber to the "Belayer" before climbing there would be command said to check on safety . All these were really important as it may have cause serious injury if it is not done properly and correctly. Luckily everything went well and it was a great time for everyone to be engage in a rare chance to try rock climbing. We also learnt some skills on how to belay. It really took me some time to adapt to the steps and get in correct. With the help of my teacher and squad mates that was really patient in helping out and coaching me. Overall it was just a new story to be added into my experiences
