22 June 2018 Holiday Training

During the course ,, I had a lot of fun and have learned new things for example on how to do CPR. When I first tried to do it ,, I faced a few problems like not knowing where is the correct place to press.but after a few practices I became more familiar with it. Through learning how to do CPR I have learned a important value "resilience" ,,because when doing CPR it requires alot of strength and I will get tire out easily but when I was learning the proper way of doing CPR I didn't give up ,,but instead I tried my best and if I did any mistakes the instructor would correct me and when I do the practical I will be more clear on how to do CPR. Attending this first aid course is memorable and fun,, even though I have to wake up earlier during the school holidays ,, but I have learnt new things which would also help not only myself but others. Overall ,, having to attend this course is a great experience to me and it's enjoyable even though we had to learn things like bandaging and memorizing other things but throughout the course I also learned new things.

I am writing about the last Friday's training. I was very happy as we did lots of things like marching and exercise . However , we also made the our Cl's mad. It is because we do not know how to manage our time wisely and we exceed our time they gave us so many times. We also got scolded as we forgotten what the sirs and ma'ams taught us . As we exceeded our time and forgot what our sirs and ma'am taught us, we all have to do pumping in until we learnt our lesson. We also have to change our clothes as we exceeded our time. We also reported late that day by 15 minutes. I was very happy as when ma'am gave us 13 minutes to change to PT kit, we did it in 8 minutes 43 seconds. We were very happy indeed. Finally, we learnt that we must know how to manage our time wisely and not forget what our sirs and ma'am taught us.

Reflection for last fridays training I felt that this training was tiring but fun.Firstly we learned new drills followed by learning how to manage our time by having to change from our Pe to uniform and back.Lastly we had pumping to make up for our mistakes .I learnt that we should have been more responsible for our squad mates because they are our squad mates not the Cls squad mates and our uniform.I definitely enjoyed training even though it was tough and learnt Time management.Although we got punished,we managed to improve our sense of time and managed to get more bonded
