Today training was very fun cause we got to bond with Dewey Sir , Jaslyn Maam and Eddy Sir and today we learned a lot of things such as bowline and pacing. We learn our mistake from our drills and learn that we need to have sense of urgency . We also need to be careful and try not to drop the twine . We also need to go back to check if we got drop any twine . We also need to be more responsible and be more respectful . - felicia , 2A1

This week's training was less intensive and theory-based as we had pre-CLTC lectures regarding Planning and Executing an Event. I feel that this pre-CLTC lectures would be helpful as they allow us to be prepare for the camp itself. The pre-camp phase also serves as a platform to clear doubts and learn from each others' mistakes. I appreciated what the CIs did to come out with helping tools during lectures. The handouts prepared by the CIs in the future and it makes the lectures more constructive. Overall, we have learnt a lot which would largely benefit us in our Campfire Preparation and the planning and execution of events in the near future.

Friday's training was not tiring but educational for the sec 3s as there were 2 lectures that educate us on how to plan and execute activities and plan for the up coming cltc/auc campfire during the the first lecture we learn about the format of the proposal and how to plan for an activity. I find that during the planning it was difficult as me and my group couldn't think of an idea on what to do so some of the sirs saw us and approached us to gov some ideas which really benefitted us as we actually thought of something but before we could even write it down there was no time left.the second lecture was about the upcoming Auc/Cltc campfire, I learnt from the lecture that there were many different roles despite it just being a campfire I also learnt the many different ways to stack the firewood and how to make the fire more interesting I also learnt that the firefeeders must have the fire follow the flow of the campfire and It can't be too big at the end or too small at the start.

I learnt that when we do somthingbthere must always be teamwork and initiative
