Weekly training update (20 Oct 2017)

Today's training was very interesting as we carried on with the second part of the Lance corporal test. We had the campcraft and theory test. Even though this is our first time, I think we tried our best during the tests. But still, our standards were poor so we will learn to take this opportunity as a learning experience to excel in the upcoming trainings. And we will strive to show our squad's real potential.

Shreya(12th batch)

I was appointed as one of squad IC for the training.I was abit shocked and nervous that i got appointed as one of the squad ic as I felt that I won't be able to do a good job of being a squad ic.I felt that as a squad,my squad did meet the objective that Jasper sir gave us for the training as everyone gave in their 100% in learning and doing the tent eventhough we started campcraft being sloppy and dead but also I felt that in some point in time of the training some of my squadmates was more confident and was able to speak out more and was able to gives some suggestions.
