Weekly Training Update (7 July 2017)

Today's training was fine, we got to know a new CI that has joined the CI family and we also recapped our drills on pacing and marching forward while we march on the spot . We also recapped on the different knots like Figure of Eight and Fireman Knot . During Captain's Ball, everything went smooth as there was no injuries. However, us Sec Ones did not really get the chance to participate in the game. Also, I think that we can still improve on our drills.
