Weekly Training Update (23 June 2017)

The training was very interesting because we get to learn new drills like saluting while marching. We also improved on our other drills during the training. Today's training was also very important for us as we had to learn new drills and learn how to build a tent as we have very little time before Adventure Training Camp (ATC). Overall, I enjoyed the training as we got to learn new drills, bonded with each other more and prepared for our upcoming promotion test this September. -Cheong Jun Weng (11th Batch)

For today's training, it was really enjoyable although the CLs scolded us because we were not up to standard during the drills segment. We had also taken for granted the CLs' kindness towards us. Despite that, we had a bonding/sharing time with the CLs and our squadmates; we had so much fun and managed to get to know our squadmates a little better as we will be working together with them for the next few years or so. As for the songs and cheers section, we weren't really excited or enthusiastic as some of us were really tired, though we knew that we should always do our best and be more proactive. Overall, I did enjoy myself as CCA fills up the pocket of empty time that I have during the holidays. -Nabiella (12th Batch)
