Road Safety Park Ambassadors Visit (6 June 2017)

Despite going all the way to East Coast just to attend for a talk on Road Safety, I did enjoyed myself. The next talk we had was about Marshalling Safety. We learnt how to deal with wrong doings on the road, on what purpose should we fine people driving on the road. For instance, the driver could be drunk, sleepy, not obeying road safety rules and etc. I really enjoyed the talk as the officers did their best to make engage with us and also make us laugh during the talk.

I felt that the road safety course was not very fun. However we get to learn on how to protect ourself when we are riding a bike and check that the bike is working well and always wear a helmet at all times. These are a few things that a small amount children will know about on how to check their bike. Also, we got to learn hand signal of how to slow down and much more . This course prepared us and give us a rough idea on our road marshal duty next year. After the course i realised that it was indeed a valuable course worth attending.
