Holiday Training (2nd June 2017)

Training was not as normal because I was the only girl that attended training before lunch hour. It was not a comfortable situation but I did not made it as an excuse to not attend for training. During the drills segment in the morning, I learn how to execute my drills properly and we get to clarify our doubts with the cadet leaders. After lunch, we had campcraft. During campcraft, I got to learn how to peg and unpeg properly. Besides that, I got to recap on how to tie a bowline and Iearnt how to tie a slipknot. Although I had difficulties on learning how to tie a slipknot at first, I did not give up practicing on how to tie a slipknot under the guidelines of my cadet leaders.Lastly, we had our house system. I felt that the house system has make me feel more bonded with the cadet leaders and the sec1s as I felt that the relationship between the cadet leaders and my squad were still not really bonded with one another but after playing captain ball for the respective house system,

I felt that we are slightly more bonded with each other.
