National Day Observance Ceremony 2016
Before the National Day Observance Ceremony and up till now, I am very aware that my drills are extremely sloppy and I always can't seem to execute the drills sharply. Taking part in the National Day Observance Ceremony really boosted my self-confidence as I always felt that my drill standard was the worst amongst my squad. Although my drills were still not up to standard, I quickly realised how a really small mistake would be extremely obvious and that everyone has a part to play. The extra trainings for me personally were defined truly worth it to me as I feel that it helped me improve my drill standard even though it is not a lot but all these bits and parts would definitely improve my drills standard after all and I got to bond with my schoolmates as a whole. Thus, I would definitely join the National Day Observance Ceremony again.

Taking part in the National Day Observance and the trainings was memorable for me. Going to the trainings made me realize my mistakes and this helped me to improve my drills. Thus, taking part in the event and the trainings helped me to correct my mistakes. During the trainings I felt that teamwork is needed so that at the event everyone will look good doing drills together. Having no timing for the drills was difficult for me at first but after a while I got used to it as I was very focused at look at the person in front so that we would turn and bang at the same time. I am glad I took part as this event and the trainings benefitted me and I got a chance to experience something new.
