Today’s training was indeed a tedious and tiring training as we did a lot of drills which was difficult for us as we did not have a lot of practise, although I falled out as I was not feeling well, I reflected on myself as my squad members are having punishments, I did not bear to see them having such punishments thus I immediately fall in back with the squad and do the punishment together with them. The quote of NPCC will always run through my head that is *ONE FOR ALL, ALL FOR ONE*. Secondly, we manage to improve our timing of changing into our PT-Kit although we still exceeded the timing given, so I would work my best to improve the sense of urgency not only for myself but also as a squad. Overall, today training was indeed a difficult and tedious for us but we managed to give out all our best, as well as we learned sense of urgency and teamwork between us, I hope we would improve much better and give out our 100% for the next training and try to make less mistakes.

Today, we recapped on the drills that the Cadet Inspectors had already taught us. Also, we recapped on falling in and falling out. During the Campcraft segment, we recapped on the knots that we had learnt already. We also had to do push-ups as punishments because we were late from changing back to PT-Kit. I learnt that we need to have a sense of urgency and be more responsible also not to be selfish. As the saying goes ‘One for all, All for one’. Just like the seniors celebrating birthdays for the cadets in the unit. In conclusion, I hope that everyone do their part in being a responsible and helpful cadet.
