Unit Outing 2016
Unit Outing was indeed a memorable and super fun one as it’s our first time heading out with the secondary 2 to bond as well as fostering our teamwork with them. Our objective was to find stations which we are instructed to with a given map where we must complete the objective within an amount time, using teamwork and skills to accomplish them. It was indeed a very interesting one as the games such as chapteh which we have to pass around the chapteh with our legs around which requires a lot of effort and resilience to complete, and when we finish our game, we supported and encouraged each other to do well next time. Lastly, it was the most exciting mass games which were hosted by the Secondary 3s, Capture The Flag and Relay Race. Capture the flag was a super fun one as we run around stealing other people's tags and flags as well as defending our tags or else we are eliminated. It was indeed a memorable one as we had to plan our strategy for how we attack and defend as well as most importantly fostering teamwork and integrity among us. Lastly, it was the Relay Race. The Relay Race was indeed a fun and a competitive one as we had to finish the objective within the fastest time. Although we came in second, we were not saddened about it but we encouraged each other to do well next time as well as cheering and congratulating the winner for the game. Overall, this was the most fun and exciting Unit Outing for me personally in NPCC as it is my first time experiencing this experience before and I had to say it’s the most enjoying one, I would like to thank the Secondary 3s for making this happened as well as the Teacher Officers And Cadet Inspectors. Most importantly is in this outing we learned about teamwork and resilience, 8 July 2016 will be the day I would never ever forget.

From this unit outing, I've learnt a lot of things and I enjoyed myself a lot even though it was only a few hours. I like it when NPCC always allow us bond together as a unit so that we can be a family. I've learnt how to be responsible as we have to take care of our juniors and check if they're ok at all times I've also learnt that we have to have teamwork in order to win the game. Even though my team, we didn't win the relay but at least we learnt about teamwork. I've learnt a lot from this unit outing. I hope to have more of this unit bonding together.

I enjoy this outing very much, I had made some new friends from this trip. It allows me to bond with the secondary 2. It was tiring to get to our destination to get an extra point for our team. We all needed the teamwork to solve quiz and play games. Also, we got to understand our squat mates better. When our team was losing we support each other that we will do better. I like the mass game the most as it was fun and interesting. We had to protect the flag, it was resilience that made us kept going. This was one of the most memorable games I had. I like to the thank the teacher and Cadet Leaders who use their time to organise the trip. Even though we were the last team we knew we had tried our best and next year our team would work harder. I thank the Cadet Leader for the prize they spent on. I had enjoyed myself and learn some values. I look forward to the next outing trip.
