RUNNING CADETS 2016
Through this thrilling event, I was able to work with my seniors and overcome many different challenges. Despite the difficult challenges we face, we were able to work our way out and complete it. Throughout the event, there were some of us that were not feeling well but that didn't stop us from giving up. We learn to encourage each other and not leaving anyone behind. It was fun looking at how we complete all this challenge with laughter and enjoying it. Thanks to this event, I was able to bond with my seniors and understand them much better.

Running Cadets was a whole new exposure for me as I have yet to attend events like this before. I was very excited for the event and did not rest well, despite that, the event kept me alive with all the special elements and interesting activities. We had to do Physical Training challenge as our first game, it was very challenging for me as I am not a person who exercise a lot. After the 3 rounds run around Nanyang Girls High School, I felt very tired and it was the members of the Running Cadet, Jasper sir and the two ma’am’s which kept me going. I felt that everyone had put in their best effort and I do not want to disappoint them. Throughout the whole event I was anticipating for the special element, Name Tag Tearing which I had always wanted to try out. The school we are against was a school that is really strong, I had learned some skills that would help to win the game. I learned that teamwork would help to win the game and worked with a member to tear nametags and eventually won the game. On top of that we won Championship as we worked as a team, I personally enjoyed the whole event itself and would encourage my squad to join future events.
