Even though today’s training was tough, it has really benefited my squadmates and i a lot .Although Rebekah ma’am was very strict with us today, but it was what, that made us stronger, as we had to endure the aches and pains in our body and continue to train and strive to do better. This training allowed us to realise our mistakes through observation of one another and improved on our standards. All of this allowed me to be more resilient and inspired me to do better. I think that this new way of teaching is a good way to train us as it stretches us to our limits. I learnt that through stricter trainings, it would benefit us and become stronger.

Today’s House System was fun and personally i felt that it is better than last training, because last training we didn't have much chances to play games as there was not time. However, today we played Simon Says,South Pacific and Broken Telephone. The first game was fun because we had to do whatever the Simon says. Next we played the South Pacific. We had to run and grab the twine as fast as possible. The most number of twine we collected determines whether we had lost or win the game. Lastly, we played broken telephone. At first, I thought that it would be easy as we played it before last year. Unfortunately, it was not the same as last year, the seniors raised the level and had to draw it out.The challenge was for my House to draw out Rebekah Ma’am. I was shocked as it was really difficult and I was afraid that Rebekah Ma’am would scold me if i draw her wrongly, but I was wrong Rebekah Ma’am was actually happy with our drawings.Overall, I think that it was fun as we can meet more of the Secondary 1 juniors and even the Sirs and Ma'ams that are not in the Training Board.
