It was our first training upon taking up the role as Cadet Leaders. It also meant that it was our first time organizing and executing the House System Games. I felt that the activities that we carried out were great as it provides a platform and opportunity to bond as well as to interactive with our juniors. For instance, the game 'Duck Duck Goose', requires us to communicate and memories our House member's names in order for the game to be carried out. All in all, it was definitely a fun and great experience forging closer bonds with our juniors and among themselves, getting all of us closer to form one big family.

House System allows us to interact with our Secondary 2 seniors as well as our Sirs and Ma'ams. We played a lot of games and got to know each other better. Although we didn't know them well at first, but at least we got to know their names. It is our first training with them, but I already feel that they will do as well as the past Secondary 4 seniors or even better.

Our first training with the Secondary 2 Training Board Cadet Leaders went off to a great start. At first, everything was awkward between us but soon after, we were definitely more comfortable with the newly-appointed Cadet Leaders than when we first started- we had just some time to adapt to the new changes. The Campcraft session was beneficial to me and my fellow squadmates as it helped to refresh our memory from previous Campcraft session. Similarly, the Drills session helped to clear off all of our doubts regarding the commands given.

Lastly, the activities conducted with the Secondary 1's and 3's was a fun bonding experience. I've learned to get along with my juniors and squadmates better. All the different House Systems provided the chance to break the 'ice' which makes communicating less awkward. To sum up briefly, it was a fun and beneficial training to me.
